Refund and Returns Policy
At our company, we are committed to maximizing customer satisfaction with the products we purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, we are available to provide you with details of our return and refund policy.
1. Return of goods
1.1. The goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:
1.2. To make a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and return authorization.
1.3. Once we have received the returned goods and checked that they meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your account within 14 days.
2. Exchange of goods
2.1. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase, subject to the same conditions as for returns (see clause 1.1).
2.2. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for availability and exchange instructions.
2.3. Upon receipt of the exchanged item and verification that it meets the exchange conditions, we will ship the new item or issue a refund if necessary.
3. Refunds
3.1. In the event of a return of goods, we will issue a refund to your account within 7-14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
3.2. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
4. Additional information
4.1. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or company error.
4.2. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange goods if the terms of our returns and refund policy are not complied with.
